The DALUM CO2 Unit is designed for craft breweries to recover own CO2 from fermentation and CO2 from purging of tanks to have control of the CO2 source and to be self-sufficient with CO2.
The CO2 recovery process improves internal brewery working environment by reducing the CO2 concentration in the breathing air and it considerably reduces the CO2 emission to the external environment as well.
Each ton CO2 recovered from fermentation and reused in the brewery reduces CO2 emission by 2 tons, if the alternative is sourcing liquid CO2 from an industrial source.
