The Kreuzmayr series of single belt presses is comprised of the KEB400 / 500 / 750 / 1000 / 1250. These presses are designed for production plants wishing to continuously process from 800kg up to 4,500 kg of fruit per hour

High levels of innovation coupled with the quality of manufacture and materials, make the Kreuzmayr belt presses very desirable to the discerning juice producer. The single belt press range is delivered as a ready to use machine, and floor level assembly means there is no requirement for an additional base. Once the KEB is set-up is able to be operated immediately and the machine is able to be adapted for different working processes with variable belt speed and press force changed with a variable setting.

The milled mash is transferred between 2 belts alllowing for a double filtration surface. This allows for higher throughput and great efficiency.
