Rinsers

Our range of semi-automatic and automatic rinsers are there to ensure that bottles or cans are thoroughly rinsed out prior to being filled.

Stored packaging can accumulate dust and also unwanted pests and these need to be “flushed” out. Only the mechanical action of water jets into the bottle can remove solids and clean the bottles.

In automatic systems there is the option of single state (rinsing only) or 2 stage (includes air or inert gas) rinsing. These systems are ideal for production speeds exceeding 1000bph.

In many cases the rinsers can be incorporated within a “monoblock” machine, i.e. bottling equipment made up of multiple stations on one common base.
