Linear type of units for the production of traditional method sparkling wine

VEGA I II and III

Linea type disgorging units for the production of traditional method sparkling wine (Champagne, Cava, etc.).

Bottles can be disgorged by means of neck freezing or “a la vole”.

These units can be supplemented with neck freezers (manual for models VEGA I and VEGA II) to suit the production requirement.

VEGA I – production up to 800 bph

VEGA II – production up to 1.200 bph

Vega III – production up to 1.600 bph

Monoblock machines composed of two units: one for pneumatic disgorging and another one for emptying, liquor dispensing and refilling operations for “methode Champenoise” bottles for a production up to 3,500 bottles per hour

 

M-2001,  M-3001

Machines composed of two units:
- Disgorging unit
- Emptying, dispensing and refilling unit

The machine can be built from left to right or from right to left.
Their monoblock structure allows the different operations to be carried out with bottles open for a minimum period of time.

M-2001

- Designed to work with 37.5cl and 75cl bottles as well as special bottles
- Disgorging unit composed of 10 arms
- 2 pneumatic systems for the disgorging
- Emptying, dispensing and filling unit

- Production up to 2,200 bottles per hour

M-3001

- Designed to work with 37.5cl and 75cl bottles as well as special bottles

Rotary machines for the preparation of Traditional method sparkling wine

Monoblock machine composed of various bodies for the disgorging (optional), the emptying, the liquor dispensing and the filling for a production up to 14,000 bottles per hour

 

M-4500, M-6000, M-10000, M-12000

These monoblock models are designed to carry out continuous disgorging, emptying, liquor dosing and refilling operations for high production volume and a high quality level. These machines are completely made of stainless steel and are all fitted with all safety and control devices necessary for flawless production, together with maximum guarantees of quality dosing and refilling. The machines can be built in both ways: from left to right and from right to left, with the disgorging body on a separate machine and the foam plate in option.


M-4500
