The Series 1 Monoblock by GAI provides the ideal bottling solution for small to medium sized wineries wishing to tirrage champagne bottles. Equipped with the latest technology and ensuring very low DO (dissolved oxygen)  pick-up statistics, this series of machines is easy to maintain and operate.

 

This series is available in the standard version as well as the up-market TOP series (includes additional features such as electric height adjustments on turrets, CIP features, and much more ....)

 

The Series 1 units for tirrage are fitted with crown sealers

 

Models start at 6 filling valves (1.200 bph) and the range goes through 6 model sizes with 16 filling valves (3.000 bph) being the biggest in this series.

The Series 3 Monoblock by GAI provides the ideal bottling solution for small to medium sized wineries wishing to torrage champagne bottles. Equipped with the latest technology and ensuring very low DO (dissolved oxygen) pick-up statistics, this series of machines is easy to maintain and operate.

 

The 3 series is very popular for wineries requiring specific solutions for champagne production (tirrage) or for bottling plants where rinsing of bottles is not a pre-requisite.

 

In the Series 3 version, the capping columns are a bidule applicator followed by a crown sealer.
