SUPPLEMENTARY KIT AVAILABLE FOR BUCHER VASLIN PRESSES – PRESSING WITH INERT GAS COVER

The INERTYS system can be fitted to the Bucher Xplus and Xpert series.

  • the gas usage is very low as it is a closed a fully recycled gassing system
  • preserves aroma in juice
  • eliminates oxidation of fruit during the pressing cycles
  • preserves colour in white juice
